1. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • You must not have accessed or completed a significant portion of the course.
  • The course or product must not have been downloaded or shared.

Note: If you’ve accessed more than 25% of the course content or completed it, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us at contact@innovaverse-techlabs.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • Include the following details in your email:
    • Your full name.
    • The email address associated with your account.
    • The order number or receipt of your purchase.
    • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

3. Refund Approval

- If your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- The seller shall refund the payment by the same means of payment as the consumer used, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to another way of refund which does not incur any costs to him/her

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotion.
  • Add-on services, such as personalized coaching or consultations.
  • Any course that has been accessed or completed beyond 25%.
